Frank Pinto

Frank is a performance-driven construction executive responsible for the strategic direction and oversight of the firm. He enjoys getting personally involved in the tricky issues that arise throughout the course of a project and takes extreme delight in seeing people grow and develop in their career.

Frank particularly enjoys the strong relationships he’s developed throughout the industry. He loves the inherent complexity in assembling all the parts, pieces, and people needed to pull off the construction of a new project that defines city skylines, preserves our Nation’s monuments and resources, or gives people great experiences.

Lisa Moody

Lisa has 20 years’ experience in Accounting and Finance with six years in the Construction Industry. She has a B.S. in Business Management from Northeastern University. What Lisa likes most about the Construction Industry is the excitement each new project brings. There is a process to building but every project is different. There is a sense of accomplishment when each job is finished knowing that it’s a space where people will work, eat, recreate, or just enjoy for many years.

Ryan Brenner

Ryan is a New Jersey native with over 10 years of experience delivering construction projects in both the private public sectors with traditional design-bid-build, design-build and fast track project structures. He has an ongoing commitment to, and drive for, on-time project completion, high-quality work, and cost effective budget allocation.

Ryan loves the incredibly diverse cross-section of people he gets to work with every day and the gratification of seeing end users enjoy the fruits of our labor.

Anna Torre-Smith

Anna leads PWC's self-perform team of highly skilled craftsmen, masons, plasterers, carpenters, and architectural finishes and is the creative genius behind restoration and preservation work for such notable landmarks as the World War II Memorial, the DuPont Circle Fountain, and the Omni Homestead Resort, to name a few.  Her attention to detail and is unmatched and her ability to develop artistic and period correct solutions is unmatched.  

Anna attended the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale and has been known as a preservation and restoration leader in the Washington, DC area for over 25 years.
